At My Urban Choice, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience for our UK customers. If there is an issue with your order, the following policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK consumer regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund for the product price will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Items that have been used, assembled, or installed
- Items returned without original packaging
- Custom-made or special-order products
- Clearance items where stated at purchase
This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed items.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
Return Process
- Contact us with your order number
- If approved, return instructions will be provided
- Securely package and return the item to the address supplied
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may take up to 14 days after inspection
You will be notified once your refund has been completed.
