Shipping Policy

1. Where we deliver

We focus on delivering to the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland). If you need delivery outside the UK, please contact contact@myurbanchoice.co.uk for options.

2. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (unless stated otherwise). Weekend & public holiday orders process the next business day.

3. Delivery times (estimate)

  • Standard delivery to UK addresses typically takes 3–28 days, depending on the product, supplier location, and delivery destination.
  • Some larger or made-to-order items may take longer. Where available, an estimated delivery timeframe is shown on the product page.
  • If a specific delivery date is not stated at checkout, orders will be delivered within 30 days, in line with UK consumer regulations.
  • If we are unable to deliver within this timeframe, you will be informed and offered a full refund.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before payment. We may offer free UK delivery on orders above £149 (if applicable) — conditions apply.

5. Tracking & notifications

We provide tracking where available and send dispatch emails with tracking numbers. If tracking is unavailable we will still provide expected delivery windows.

6. Failed deliveries & returns to sender

If the carrier returns an item to us due to failed delivery we will contact you about redelivery or refund. Redelivery fees may apply.

7. International shipments & customs

If you request international shipping, customs, duties or taxes may apply and are your responsibility. We will not be responsible for delays caused by customs.

8. Damaged or missing items

If goods arrive damaged or are missing, contact us immediately and include photos so we can assist.
